The Real Cost of an Unmapped Market
Everyone selling you growth gets paid whether you grow or not.

The same homeowner, sold to you and every other shop in town. You're funding the race to your own phone call.

Every mailbox in the zip, billed to you. The mail house will happily sell your competitor the same streets next week. They get paid whether the system in the home is 2 years old or 20.

It built your shop. You can't schedule it. A competitor's postcard lands the day that fifteen-year-old system quits.
Your Market, Mapped
Predictive scoring finds the strongest signals. Each drop sharpens the next.

One HVAC shop per metro. Your territory locks at signing. The streets, the homes, the calls: yours alone.

We score homes inside your service boundary using permit history, property, and household data. You mail the strongest replacement signals.

Approved drops land monthly. Tracked numbers ring your existing lines, and a holdout estimates what the mail added. You schedule growth.
The Team Behind MappedMail
Venture-backed scale or small-business budgets, every mail dollar faced scrutiny.
Household-level data behind every address, feeding models trained on real replacement activity.
Built for scale, with precision and ROI discipline throughout execution.
Don't Compare Us to the Mail Mills
Holdout-estimated lift, deeper prospect data, one shop per metro, itemized month-to-month billing.
Shared Lead Pools
The same lead, sold to every shop in town. You bid for your own phone call.

Built Better
The working relationship your last mail company failed to deliver.
Your Budget, Your Call
From the $2,500 monthly minimum up, your budget mails the highest-scoring households first. Fund the top quartile or the top 5 percent; the bar stays, the list shrinks.
Boutique by Design
You work directly with the founders, never junior reps or account managers paid to push more mail.
Results Without the Black Box
Your dashboard shows delivered pieces, tracked-number calls, QR landing-page visits, and booked jobs matched back to each drop in real time.
Decisions, Made Together
Monthly sessions review all recent mail performance, 90 to 180 days deep, alongside updated model scores. The data shapes the next drop; you approve it before print.
What Happens After You Book

Meet With the Founder
Walk through a 30-minute market analysis with our founder. The analysis is yours whether you move forward or not.

Sign the Contract
Start with the committed three-drop pilot: no platform fee and a $2,500 monthly mail minimum. Continue month-to-month after that.

Approve Every Detail
Review the campaign package, design, and offer. Nothing goes to print until you approve the creative.

Your First Drop Lands
Your tracked number goes live, calls ring your line, and campaign activity begins filling the dashboard.

Review Results Monthly
Each month, review the last drop's results with the founder, then approve the plan for the next drop.

Take the Three-Month Measure
Two weeks after the third drop lands, review performance against the holdout estimate of lift, then decide whether to continue.

Month Four and Beyond
If you continue past the pilot, the platform fee begins. The goal from there is simple: dominate your market.
Chad Collishaw
Founder | CEO
I know what it feels like to run hard-earned advertising dollars through a mail farm. I've sent hundreds of thousands of pieces as a customer of marketing companies, and I've watched the same problems repeat:
- Saturation routes dressed up as strategy
- Poor targeting that wastes good addresses
- A vendor whose real incentive is "send more mail"
I've also seen the canyon between that experience and best-in-class, response-rate-optimized targeting led by performance-driven marketers.
That's why we built MappedMail: to bring the sophistication, discipline, strategy, and tactics used by venture-backed, performance-managed tech companies to direct mail for HVAC.
The first call is with me, and so is every one after it. If you're ready for a sharper approach to mail, let's talk.

What happens on the first 30-minute call?
You meet directly with Chad, the founder. We review your service area, job mix, capacity, and monthly mail budget, and walk your market analysis on screen. If the territory and economics fit, we map out the first drop. The analysis is yours whether or not you hire us.
Who exactly gets the mail?
We score every home in your service area on replacement signals: permit history, property characteristics, and household data. Your mail goes only to the highest-scoring homes your budget can cover. We do not fill volume by adding weaker households. The ranking stays fixed; your budget sets how deep into it we mail.
What happens if our budget is small?
Budgets start at the $2,500 monthly minimum. From there, we always start with the highest-scoring households. A larger budget may cover the full top quartile of scored homes, while a smaller one may reach only the top 5 percent. The bar never lowers to spend more money. The list simply gets smaller.
Do we approve each drop, and why is the pilot three months?
You approve the overall budget once. During each monthly account review, we examine the last drop and approve the next one before print. The three pilot drops are a committed window: performance cannot be read from a single drop, and together they set the baseline for the 90-day review. After the pilot, service continues month to month until you say stop, with no cancellation fees.
What can we see in the dashboard?
The live dashboard shows pieces delivered, calls to tracked numbers, QR landing-page visits, and matched booked jobs. We also preregister a holdout to estimate what the mail added. It does not prove causation. If a result cannot be read cleanly, it stays pending instead of being forced into the report.
How do calls reach us?
A tracked forwarding number rings your existing business lines. Your team answers calls exactly as it does today. We do not record calls, replace your phone system, or touch dispatch. The forwarding number gives us a measurable response signal without changing how your operation handles customers.
Does this work with our CRM?
Yes. We work with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldPulse, Successware, or any CRM that can export a spreadsheet. We do not require a native integration. To measure closed work, we need only the job type and closed gross profit associated with matched customers.
What customer data do we have to share?
We use only the records needed to match campaigns with completed work. We do not need payment data. Data is covered by a DPA, is never resold, and is not used for model training. When your account ends, your data is deleted according to the agreement.
Do you already work with another HVAC shop in my area?
We work with one HVAC shop per metro. Your territory locks when you sign, not after the first drop. If another shop already holds the metro, we will tell you on the first call rather than take you through a sales process we cannot complete.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Direct mail results vary with the market, season, offer, household mix, call handling, and available capacity. We make the process measurable and report what the data supports. The holdout estimates incremental impact, but it does not prove that every matched job came from the mail.
What does it cost?
The pilot is three committed monthly drops with a $2,500 monthly minimum mail spend, billed at actual cost plus 20 percent. The platform fee is waived. From month four, the platform fee is $1,500 monthly, plus mail at cost plus 20 percent. Pieces cost roughly fifty cents; after the 20 percent markup you land near sixty cents a piece, depending on format and volume. Invoices show actual costs.
